My family’s home search began during, and was challenged by, the Covid-19 pandemic. As with many others, challenges such as inflation, low inventory and high competition made our journey extremely difficult which resulted in over 60 unsuccessful offers. Our family knew of and was friends with Jon Adler for several years before we decided to contract with him as our realtor. As such, Jon was very familiar with our family’s needs and wants. This knowledge really helped narrow and focus our search endeavors. Other great benefits, which would eventually prove to be instrumental in us eventually finding our home, was Jon’s expertise of the local market, his outstanding reputation amongst other realtors and uncanny ability to negotiate deals while still remaining calm under pressure. It has now been several months after the closing of our home and we still appreciate Jon’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
