Jonathan was there with us every step of the way as we sold our home. We had lived there over 25 years and he had lots of patience with us, understanding that it was more than a business transaction for us, but also an emotional time. Since we moved to another state, Jonathan oversaw the work we had done to prepare the property for sale and worked closely with our carpenters. He made sure we had the required smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, etc. to get the certificate of occupancy. Jonathan also met with the inspectors, worked with the township and appraiser, attorneys, etc., and communicated effectively with all parties.
